• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex potential accounts to build key relationships at local and regional levels.
• Lead regular high-level communication with Japan’s factory, sales department and distributors in the region for project development strategy and planning
• Manage financial and budgetary requirements of sales and service operations, continuous improvement and change management initiatives for time, cost and quality improvements.
• Drive team performance, train and develop team members in enhancing technical product knowledge, management of distributors and succession planning.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of sales and management experience in light construction machinery, good knowledge in import & export businesses preferred.
• Possess good knowledge in technology market and experience in digital solution enablement including consultation, design, and or implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
