Responsibilities:

The incumbent will act on behalf of and represent the ship owner or operator to perform the following duties:

• Facilitating paperwork, customs, quarantine, immigration requirements and approvals on the arrival and departure of the ship in port, both for the ship/crew and cargo.
• Organizing ship stores, fuel, maintenance, and crew transfers.
• Submission of vessel movement and activity log sheets to owners and operators.
• Preparation of billing invoices with supporting documents.
• Boarding of vessels calling in port either at anchorage, terminals, shipyards, piers etc;
• Co-ordination of Crew embarkation / disembarkation.
• Delivery of Cash to Master
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime studies (will be an asset)

Responsibilities

We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:

· Key role to support project and sales activities.

· To handle administrative related duties for project work and sales activities.
