• Assist the Operations Managers in maintaining the operations system and processes of various services to effectively support the hospital in delivering its services. The services include but not limited to:
• a) Laundry and linen services
• b) Food services
• c) Bed Management Unit

• Provide general support to the COO on all operational matters pertaining to the services under the purview of Allied Health and Operations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a filing system for the current as well as new services and pilot projects, participating in the setting up of work processes operations systems and procedures to effectively support the new services.

• Assist therapists in SMF application, order mobility devices, consolidate payment, submit quarterly funding claims and data submission to the Ministry of Health.
• Assist in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in connection with the hospital-wide response plan in the event such plans need to be activated.

As a Fleet Executive in our ship management company, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions related to fleet operations. This position primarily involves assisting the crewing and purchasing departments and managing vessel and shore documentation. The ideal candidate will have to be detail-oriented and proficient in using Excel and other computer tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the crewing and purchasing departments, assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive records of vessel documentation, including internal and external inspection reports, company manuals, and standard forms.
• Collaborate with various departments to compile and verify necessary documentation, ensuring all records are current and accessible.
• Assist in managing communication with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders as necessary for fleet operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications; experience with fleet management software SmartPAL is bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy.
• Previous experience in maritime or fleet management is a bonus but not required.

• Strong understanding of the perishable food market and distribution channels.
