• Daily monitorization of Strategic Partnership Agreements (SPA) performance vs commitment and suggest actions to mitigate the risk and/or maximize it. Highlight discrepancies between conditions loaded and signed agreement that could negatively affect production. Monitor trial performance to ensure continuity of the deal or renegotiation of the conditions.
• Analyze and optimize strategic partnership agreements in the region by monitoring availability, competitiveness, distribution, contract loading/set up, mark up, mapping, override loading, minimum content, allotment top up, etc.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
• Manage the annual salary review process, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, and communication.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide guidance to HR and management on compensation and benefits issues and best practices.
• Develop and deliver compensation and benefits training programs for HR and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in compensation and benefits practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience in job analysis, salary benchmarking, and designing salary structures.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will be working on

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing CPF policies, focusing on retirement, housing, healthcare financing, and other relevant areas, to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of Singaporeans.
• Lead the development of policy proposals in areas requiring change, leveraging thorough analysis to build compelling cases and assess the potential impact and implementation strategies.
• Oversee the seamless coordination of projects aimed at achieving policy objectives. This includes conducting ground research, utilizing data analytics, and actively engaging CPF members to gather insights and feedback.

What we are looking for

• Prior experience in policy analysis, development, or implementation, ideally within the public sector or a policy research organisation.
• Interest in economic and social policy frameworks, with a keen understanding of Singapore's socio-economic landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically analyse policy issues, considering both short-term objectives and long-term implications.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data, conducting research, and synthesizing complex information to inform policy recommendations.
• Good track record in project management, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion within established timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including CPF members, government agencies, and industry experts.
