What is expected from you?

You are expected to learn all the process steps of Market Research. This includes: 

• scripting and technical set up of studies  
• modelling and data analysis

Some SKIMmers may focus more on the technical elements of research such as Data Science, Statistics, Modelling, Programming; their journey into Market Research is therefore different, because we emphasize each individual’s unique talent. As an intern for AI research engineer, the candidate will work on developing AI methods or solutions related to computer vision tasks for autonomous disassembly process. The candidate will focus on the following tasks:

•    Understand the typical process and challenges for automated disassembly.
•    Collect information on different types of defects and damages for automotive parts.
•    Conduct comprehensive evaluation   on collected data and derive systematic categorization.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in real time client facing supporting functions, especially top-tier clients
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coverage role in a Financial Institution Industry is preferred
• Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill.  Excellent team-work and communication skills
• Knowledge of derivative and other trading products (e.g. knowledge of options) as well as general understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a strong plus

What you’ll do:

• Provide project planning schedule, monitor, review and update project progress throughout the project execution, to ensure timely completion.

We are seeking to find an Associate, Sustainability within the Building Engineering Department' sustainability team. Reporting to an Associate Director, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide technical support in commercial bid submissions and lead projects independently and deliver technical solutions to design and client team. The successful candidate should be familiar with Singapore's sustainability regulations and codes.

• Possess knowledge of environmental design, and green building rating tools [LEED, Green Mark, WELL, Smart Score, True Waste, LEAF, ILFI, etc.].
• Conversant with environmental simulations such as energy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, life cycle carbon analysis.
• Support the allocation and management of project resources and understand current project resource requirements.

You will

• Support all aspects of internal and external events, including but not limited to: 

  • Conducting research on venues, vendors and logistics as needed, submitting RFPs to vendors; and making recommendations based on creativity, quality and cost
