Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounting process, ensuring the timely compilation and submission of monthly financial and management reports to Management.
• Ensure annual statutory reporting complies to accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget and ensure expenditures are spent within budget.
• Cash flow management.
• Payroll & CPF contribution processing.
• Business and financial process controls – review, recommend, establish alignment, and implement internal controls to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
• To work with auditors on audit matters, and external tax advisors on tax compliance and planning matters.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Supply Chain Strategy

• Ensure the strategy is effectively implemented and delivers supply Chain solutions that meet the needs of the clients and the business

Supply Chain and Spend management

• Lead the continuing development of the Singapore Preferred Supplier Programme, working with the supply chain team to identify the right supply partners and implementing APAC Preferred Supplier Agreements

• Develop contractual arrangements with preferred suppliers that are recognised for delivering best value and high-quality service delivery to CBRE and its customers

• Develop and maintain relationships at the highest levels within preferred supplier organisations

EVe Charging Pte Ltd is Singapore’s leading EV charging solutions provider, a wholly owned subsidiary of LTA tasked with managing EV charging point (EVCP) deployment for HDB carparks and undertaking supporting electrical infrastructure upgrades. The Business Development Manager will be in the team responsible to boost the business coverage, connection, and volumes. Purpose and Scope

This role will support the Head of Procurement, Singapore & Southeast Asia Market in Sembcorp Industries Ltd to lead the development of the supply chain strategy for selected categories. • Relevant experience in utilities and renewables industry is preferred

A. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

Report to the Executive Director the full spectrum of accounting functions and all areas of financial accounting.

B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To be responsible for:

· leading monthly accounts closing;
