About the job

This position is needed to help drive the ongoing expansion of our regional communications function and amplify the Twilio story to a wide range of audiences from developers to the largest enterprises.

The person in this role will join a growing global communications function, building thought leadership for Twilio, highlighting the astounding innovation being carried out by Twilio’s customers, and engaging audiences with compelling and relevant storylines. Reporting to the International communications director, this position will play a pivotal role in supporting Twilio’s regional go to market strategy, and making Twilio as relevant in APJ as it is in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Define the communications strategy and plan for Singapore, Australia, Japan and other markets in the region
• Manage Twilio’s PR agency partners to deliver a relevant, impactful and appropriate localised PR programme that supports Twilio’s business objectives and go to market plan
• Create campaigns and content to drive press and social media programmes
• Identify, train and support local and regional spokespeople in delivering Twilio’s messaging
• Work alongside other members of Twilio’s regional and global PR and the wider Corporate Communications teams to ensure target metrics are monitored and met
• Partner with marketing teams in APJ to create and execute integrated campaign and activity plans

Required:

• 8 years of technology comms experience, including working in an international communications environment; time spent in-house would be preferred
• Significant experience across public relations with a solid understanding of social media, analyst relations and internal comms
• An understanding of the technology and business media landscape across APJ
• Outstanding written skills, great verbal communication skills
• The ability to think on your feet, and to digest information quickly to determine the appropriate way forward, breaking through technical jargon to deliver relevant, appropriate and impactful messaging
• Experience in building surveys, reports, press releases, blogs, messaging documents, social media posts, media commentary/articles, customer stories and other communications campaign content

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Singapore

Approximately 10% travel is anticipated, within APJ and to the US.

MAIN PURPOSE

As the IT Project Manager for SAP IBP-SP, this role will be the IT lead for a 1-year end-to-end implementation across all APAC markets. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub), which includes the management of the team of Call Centre Officer (CCOs) and administrative staff, to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You shall conceptualise and translate developmental plans of CareHub’s functions and IT requirements/systems into actionable milestones, workflows and SOPs while working collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to make plans a reality dovetailed to implementation timeline, organisation’s strategies, priorities and national’s directives.

About the role

We are looking for a Manager - Global Freight Strategy to lead the dynamic evolution of the Simandou freight strategy. This incorporates safe operations and shipping for both exports and imports while maximizing value for stakeholders. Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. The Assistant Logistics Manager will support the Operations Team in planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the supply chain and logistics operations. Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations Team to oversee the planning and managing of Logistics Operations to ensure the delivery of logistics service that meet customer requirements.
• Supervise and lead the logistics team in the daily activities and training needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective support for the inventory items.
• Ensure logistics processes follow established management system and policies.
• Follow up with suppliers on materials and quantity requirement revisions, rate adjustments/ rebates, and the provision of incorrect materials.
• Establish and liaise with freight forwarder for all import and export activities, rates and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of logistics operations and safety performance.

• Review and analyse logistics performance against targets, benchmark and service agreements.

Qualifications:
