Job Description:
Ā· Working with the executive team, such as the sales director or managing director, to set the marketing strategies for the company business.
Ā· Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
Ā· Overseeing marketing campaigns.
Ā· Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Ā· Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
Ā· Maintaining company website.
Ā· Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staff.
Ā· Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
Ā· Handling company brand image management.
Requirements:
Ā· Bachelorās or equivalent in marketing or business management or related discipline.
Ā· At least 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing professional services.
Ā· Knowing the related fields in China Market very well (Need to prepare and assist company to enter China market).
Ā· Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English (to speak and write in both English and Chinese Languages
