Our client management team is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Singapore office.

About the role:

This position will be involved in permanent or temporary merchandising projects from design adaptation to execution. It means working with our creative and technical designers to design the space and put together the construction package, then liaising with our network of partners and contractors to build and implement seamlessly, mainly in the Travel Retail channel.

Daily duties/responsibilities:

The Position

The Regional Strategic Account Manager Poultry (RSAM) is responsible for growing and managing business relationship with our strategic customers across the ROPU. The Technical Sales Engineer will manage direct sales to new accounts primarily for the Industrial markets, with other assigned markets as needed. The position will report directly to LaMotte’s Asia Sales Director and will be based in Singapore. The candidate will be required to support existing direct accounts in the region as a local technical resource, as well as grow the market by adding new strategic accounts, in alignment with the organizational strategy. 9. Work closely with the Marketing team to create and prepare marketing collateral.

10. Efficiently manage the accounts, opportunities, and contacts.

11. Provide forecasting for accounts in the region and update them on a quarterly basis.

12. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance when representing the company.

13. Periodic travel is required to existing accounts, prospect accounts and other industry events as necessary. Estimated travel is approximately 25-50%.

14. Attend and be part of the exhibiting Sales Team at Asian Trade Exhibitions

15. Upon request, visit and report on Asian Trade Exhibitions that LaMotte is not attending

16. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key players in the industry.

17. Regular attendance and the ability to get along with others in a team environment.

18. Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

· Degree educated in a technical or business discipline is required

· 3 – 5 years of sales related experience required

· Strong business development and key account management skills

· Troubleshooting skills with the ability to problem solve in a customer setting

· CRM Experience preferred (Salesforce)

· Ability to sell to major accounts

Environmental Factors & Physical Demands:

Works in a home office setting working on the computer or phone. No significant exertion required. Travels to both plants to interact with employees and managers and attend meetings. Travels to offsite training sessions/seminars, meetings, job fairs, and other locations as needed. Some international travel outside of Asia may be required.
