We are looking for a Finance Manager to develop and manage our New Business Unit for the Asia Pacific region established in Singapore.

He/She will be in charge of all financial and administrative aspects to support and sustain the development of the activities in the Region. He/She will also in charge of all financial reporting and communication with the Headquarters located in France.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Financial and Legal Reports to be produced for the Business Unit and ensuring compliance with the Headquarters Regulations.
• Responsible for all Management/Business Reports and further presentation and reporting to the Headquarters.
• Responsible for the Cost Control for the Business Unit including management of overheads.
• Produce Monthly Cash Forecast at Business Unit Level and liaise with Headquarters for consolidation.
• In charge of relations with banks and financial institutions as required, and review all bank guarantees.
• Ensure proper deployment of IT systems in the Business Unit in compliance with Headquarters standards.
• Provide support to the Head of the Business Unit to develop the market in the APAC region.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) in order to communicate daily with the Headquarters located in France
• Previous relevant experience in a French Company would be very appreciated and highly valuated
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in international Contracting Group(s) with experience in construction of major Infrastructure Projects
• Familiar with corporate requirements
• Ability to work with various softwares including office 365, PilotXS, powerforms, Power BI, Power query, Excel VBA and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
• Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by manager.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• To carry out account management responsibilities which include developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers, provide professional quotations and ensure prompt payment from customers.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters in respect of the portfolio of customers either developed by you or assigned to you.
• Develop a trusted “advisor” relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive management of customers.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the Products and Services according to customer needs and objectives.
• Provide input for weekly, monthly and quarterly Activity Reports and the necessary plans and reports for Marine and Offshore business, as requested by the Management.
• Maintain assigned customers and develop new assigned customers to ensure continuous sustainable business growth.
• Communicate and work closely with colleagues from other departments in ensuring the overall Company objectives/performance are/is achieved, at all times.
• To achieve the required Sales Targets.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in related field/discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of successful Sales experience within the Marine and Offshore Industry, preferrably in Marine NavCom.
• Possess ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions, products and services based on customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any time while paying strict attention to details.
• Proven ability to use common office and business technologies.
• Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, implementation and effectiveness of the Health & Safety policy, Safety procedures and practices in relation to Company premises, carrying out regular audits and monitoring activities Organization-wide
• Responsible for the provision and dissemination of Health & Safety, advice on information include current safety legislation to the stakeholders
• Ensure that regular health, safety and housekeeping inspections are carried out, regularly and it is conformity with regulations and Company policies
• Advising on possible hazards when considering the introduction of new machinery, new materials, new processes, or changes in existing ones
• Ensure that all necessary risk assessments required by legislation are carried out
• Oversee and review all accident investigations and preparing statistics to assist in monitoring health and safety performance
• Manage and execute WSH programme initiatives
• Lead and coach site safety team to facilitate continual improvement of quality of safety team
• Attend Client/Consultant Meeting in regular basis

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid WSHO & ECO registration with MOM & NEA respectively.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience working as HSE Manager
• Substantial understanding and knowledge of local regulation, Singapore Standards and Code of Practices especially related to QHSE
• Preferably trained as lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and as safety auditor
• Meticulous, analytical, systematic and able to relate to all levels
• Must be physically fit to conduct site inspection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia), or equivalent recognized by ISCA.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a public accounting firm
• Strong initiative and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of local and international accounting principles and financial reporting frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
