A key member of the NUS College’s Communications team, this role will champion the digital marketing efforts of NUSC across key digital platforms, including monitoring trends and insights, to elevate our online brand presence and drive the College’s brand impact, experience and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Channel Management & Growth

• Lead and manage key digital properties such as NUSC website, employee portal and social media channels that support the College’s marketing campaign needs, brand building imperatives and achieve positive user experiences.

Qualifications

Day to day responsibilities as agreed with your Line Manager to include:

– assist Line Manager in managing the overall general administration activities to the organisation to include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements/organisation, looking after visitors and assisting with general reception and telephone duties

– assist Line Manager in the recruitment of team members, subject to agreed criteria

– assist Line Manager to train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met

– performance and development of team members

– reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis to Line Manager and Account Managers

– assist in developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets and improvement.

– prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members

– assist in the development and preparation of the organisation’s strategy and general business planning

– prepare and agree presentations and proposals

– delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review

– maintain contact with client/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction

– maintain accurate records as directed

– control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls

Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities:

• Establish security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards (eg. CCoP, IM8, ISO27001, NIST, IEC 62443)
• Oversee incident response, investigate breaches, and lead post-incident analysis
• Manage the design and deployment of security solutions (firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
• Ensure security integration across sftware and infrastructure development
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee third-party vendor security assessment
• Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends and continuously enhance security infrastructure

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Security or related fields
• Certification in CISSP, CISM preferred
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in a project management
• Expertise in network security, encryption, and security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall)
• Familiar with security frameworks and secure software development
• Experience in managing large-scale OT/CII security projects and familiarity with emerging technologies like PAM, MFA, and zero trust architecture

Ensure safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, in stock product availability

Ensure day-to-day compliance to operational standards

Inventory control, labor cost, and budget management

Develops and implements local promotional programs
