Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience and exposure in Singapore Chemical and Petrochemical sector
• Proven working experience in technical sales, business development roles.
• Persuasive communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to multi-task and possess excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be initiative-taking, and handle uncertainties.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Time management and planning skills
• The ability to work under pressure.

· Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and business growth.

· Evaluates and manages new business opportunities including shipyard business.

· Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.

· Negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers.

· Conduct progress meetings and review work schedules.

· Carry out estimation and billing work.

· Prepare and update worklist for endorsement by Owner’s Rep.

Qualifications & experience

• University Degree in relevant commercial or business subject.
• 3-5 years experience in a commercial role in Marine or Shiprepair industry.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and communication (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the entire sales team.
• Tracking sales enquiries to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each enquiry.
• Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
• Organising sales promotional campaigns.
• Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
• Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of Marketplace & B2B customer orders by working closely with Fulfilment and logistics team.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in any field.

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required Skill(s): Xero, Shopify, Qoo10, Microsoft Office, ERP, SaaS, Lazada, Amazon

· Knowledge of the e-commerce atmosphere is a must

· Highly organized and able to manage a large number of tasks concurrently.

· Proficiency on MS office applications.

· Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients).

· Good Communication Skills.

· Proactive.

· A basic understanding of project management.

Job Description:

- Manage monthly GL closing, Quarterly GST submission, Annual Audit and tax queries, Survey, etc.

- Supervise Finance staff, providing guidance as need.

- Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in accountancy.

- Mininum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting job.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills; Detail-minded with strong sense of confidentiality.

- Mature, stable, initiative and able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment.

- Good in MS Office applications particularly in MS Excel and Words.
