Reporting to Asset Management Department, you shall maintain an efficient day to day operation of administrative duties on all matters relating to the Asset Management division.

Job Description:

• Responsible for maximising total return for the portfolio of properties assigned, including working with the property management & leasing department to improve occupancy, revenue (rental and other income) and reduce costs.
• Tenant & lease management of assigned portfolio of properties.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of management reports and board papers.
• Coordinate the bi-annual valuation execrises.

Overseas Learning

• Review and update standard operating procedure for overseas learning programme

• Handle communication between NTU departments, partner Universities and students

Outreach

• Develop and implement communications strategies, campaigns and/ or initiatives to achieve the goals and objectives of the programme

• Manage publicity and communication tools and platforms, including but not limited to the website, e-newsletters, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Tik Tok), printed collaterals etc

• Produce collaterals such as videos, brochures, and posters etc

• Liaise and organise community outreach events/ roadshows

External/Alumni Relations

• Plan and organize visits from/to foreign universities, government ministries, schools (secondary and junior colleges) and corporations, etc.

• Maintain partnerships with universities for study abroad programme and alumni

Student Club

• Provide advice to Committee in activities proposal writing

• Work closely with NTU-USP Club to organise activities

• Track club budget

Alumni Relations

• Support Alumni Association of NTU-USP

Requirements:
