1. Handle existing customers’ account and look for new customers
2. Handling enquiry, negotiating price, preparing quotation, order and delivery
3. Support distributors in market development, products knowledge and commercial requirement
4. To review the distributor’s performance periodically and make recommendations for sales improvements and distributors’ motivation
5. Participate or visit trade fairs worldwide
6. Identifying & generating new business opportunities within assigned territory
7. Visit clients of existing markets and potential customers in new market
8. Working closely with IP Lawyer and Clients for taking action against infringer of company’s trademarks and products
9. Perform any other duties or ad hoc projects assigned

• Minimum Degree Holder in Marketing / Business
• Travelling required
• Resourceful, meticulous and independent
• Energetic with high level of initiative and dedication
• Possess good communication and strong analytical skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin. Other spoken language is an added advantage

• Sales of the Company’s waterproofing solutions in the building & construction industry
• Plan and implement sales strategies
• Conduct market research and industry trends for sales pipeline
• Draft and provide accurate quotations and follow-ups with potential clients for sales of services
• To determine method of waterproofing for different types of water seepages
• Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers and professional advice to client when required
• Perform thorough visual on-site inspections for diagnostic of waterproofing issues.
• Conduct analyses to determine pricing and terms of related products and services within the current market, and customer needs and preferences.
• Initiative to resolve potential conflicts at site.
• Work closely with Operation team for timely delivery
• Ensure all health and safety practices and procedures.
• To all applicable laws and regulations, including building, trade, fire, and construction codes, as well as company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
2. At least 4 years work experience in waterproofing related / building construction industry.
3. Possess own transport.
