Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Strategic Planning:

1. Conduct market research to identify and understand target audiences, market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy.
2. Develop and plan sales strategies to enhance company’s competitive position in the market.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing techniques.

Brand Management:

1. Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
2. Develop and drive brand positioning and messaging to differentiate from competitors.
3. Responsible to maintain close relationship with existing key accounts to ensure continuing of contract.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting:

Requirements

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Engineering from recognized institution.

• Able to work independently and as a team with minimum supervision.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and high EQ.
• Frequent overseas travels required.

1. Conceptualize and developan effective digital content strategy and campaigns backed by brand-driven market and consumer analysis that drives traffic to the e-commerce platforms.
2. Create and execute digital marketing and branding strategies to capture target market interest in all digital platforms to drive sales.
3. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition to stay updated with the latest trends and constantly improve the competitiveness of digital campaigns and customer experience to encourage purchases.
5. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in digital marketing with at least two (2) years relevant similar working experience.
2. Preferred experience working in the F&B platform/industry, particularly familiar with the seafood landscape.
3. Passion for promoting and marketing healthy seafood to the F&B industry and shoppers via Shopee, Lazada (RedMart), and Q10.
4. Strong English in both written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
5. Proficient in E-commerce platform management.
