Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing profit
• Achieving Sales and Gross Margin targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis

You will be responsible for supporting daily activities of Marketing Department that includes:

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing of effective CRM campaigns for different tiers of customer base across concepts, to monitor and analyse the effectiveness.
