The Retail Interior Design Consultant is responsible for driving sales in retail and designer sectors. A full understanding of northern european design concepts is required. He/She is responsible for driving the store's sales performance and service performance for specific brands. He/She also engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store. In order to drive seamless customer experience across channels. Distributor/ Channel Management:

• Create the strategy and lead the execution of sales for all distributor led markets. This includes working closely to develop annual business forecasts and marketing plans and support the partners in the smooth execution of these plans

4. Country vise split of sales, product and tumor type to help prioritise and allocate budgets to the right countries

• Maximize the use of visualization tools, such as Tableau, to develop dashboard while providing recommendations on reports’ optimization and automatization

• Prior healthcare sales experience in a country within AMEA and account management with proven track records
