We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven VP of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company.
As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring sales efforts are aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Scale revenue and profit across four key market segments (Medical Device, Automotive, Technology, Industrial) and four key process technologies: injection moulding, die casting, SMT/PCBA, and Final Assembly/Box Build.
• Assess, build, and cultivate a high-performance sales organization.
• Lead an international sales team that develops and executes specific account strategies, operating plans, joint business plans, and business tracking.
• Create customer and product value propositions that enhance our company’s ability to price to value.
• Lead customer contract negotiations, including supply agreements and pricing adjustments.
• Develop strong executive level customer relationships to facilitate stronger strategic growth opportunities
EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or any technical degree
KEY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
• At least 10 years of sales experience at Senior level
• Experience working with diverse customer base across several process technology platforms.
• Have deep experience and strong background in manufacturing with at least a baseline knowledge of the four key process technologies; injection moulding, die casting, SMT/PCBA, & Final Assembly/Box Build.
• Experience selling technical manufacturing services.
• Experience leading a team in turning customer inquiries into selling insights and commercialization.
• Experience with managing a large book of business and teams of account managers.
• Knowledge of accounts, market characteristics, competitive environment, growth opportunities, etc.
