• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
• Experience with managing and using customer support systems such as Zendesk or Hubspot  is not a requirement, but it is definitely a strength that we’d value.

Main duties

As our next Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Handle priority support tickets from customers who qualify for premium support. 
• Manage billing questions, review pending orders and specific customers requests in regards to their subscriptions. 
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Assist channel partners and provisioning of licenses
• Have extensive knowledge of our products and stay in the loop with all updates. Both the platform and the app as well as any additional paid features. 
• Provide information to the product teams on possible improvements based upon customer feedback.
• Contact with customers will primarily occur via email, but video and phone support might be required. 
• Collaborate with account managers, stay updated on product launches, and suggest sales process improvements.

The Sales Support Specialist's duties include other duties reasonably associated with the position. The Employer may change the duties as required from time to time.

What you'll be doing

• Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media platforms.
• Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and target industries, tailoring outreach strategies accordingly.

• Set up initial discovery calls for sales representatives.

• A proven track record of being able to pitch to C-Suite executives and exceed your quotas
• Experience working for companies selling SaaS/PaaS or DaaS solutions is preferred.
• a knowledge of and/or understanding of the supply chain/textile manufacturing sector would be a huge plus.
• TFluent in English (written, reading and spoken). Fluency in Mandarin would be highly advantageous. (as would other regional languages.

The Job:
