The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business by leading the Sales team in fulfilling of sales targets and expanding pipelines across the fuel market.

Main Activities:

• Lead and mentor the Sales team by maintaining and tracking sales target
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand and maintain our customer base
• Build and manage a pipeline of target customers using market knowledge, relationships, direct engagement and focused marketing activities
• Liaise and conduct negotiation with oil majors
• Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with Sales team to continuously drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts

Qualifications / Experience

• At least 3 - 5 years of managerial experience in Business or Market Development

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management:

• Lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital channels
• Oversee creative concepts, content creation, and design execution for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Google Marketplace).
• Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies to maximise engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Video Production and Editing:

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects (or similar advanced video editing software), with experience beyond basic tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Ability to create engaging and quick-turnaround social media videos, promotional content, and simple infographic-style commercial videos.

Graphic Design:

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Capable of executing high-quality photo editing and producing professional-grade graphic designs for social media and printable materials.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualise and execute digital & POSM designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing skills
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce back-end and front-end processes (Not limited to Shopify, Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop)
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation in digital content creation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing a creative team with an agency background is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI designing software (Figma, Adobe XD etc) or any website design experience is a plus

• Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person
• Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
• Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials
• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
• Handle all activities related to organisation of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
• Maintain website and work with vendor

• Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration

Job Description

• Account management for company accounts and designated accounts (AR statuses, new requirements, pricing updates, credit limit adjustments, etc)
• Follow up and execute on quotations, product information, account action / remedy plans and ensure product sales cycle completion
• Follow up with vendors and coordinate with sales team accordingly to meet buy in date and price targets (trade purchases)
