Job Requirements

7) Able to work on split shift, night shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team's KPIs, ensuring timely achievement of targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to align business development goals with overall organizational objectives.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects within the sales and marketing function as required by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Strong network in the medical device and pharmaceutical business.
• A Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience (others are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with in vitro diagnostic products such as lateral flow immunoassay, PCR, and Immunoassay.
• Understanding of IVD product development and commercialization lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and timely communication.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Preferred majors: biology, medicine, laboratory science, immunology, pharmacy, or quality engineering.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and down-to-earth work attitude with strong communication and execution abilities.
• Results-driven and a team player.
• Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility, able to handle stress and tight schedules.

Main duties

As our next Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Handle priority support tickets from customers who qualify for premium support. 
• Manage billing questions, review pending orders and specific customers requests in regards to their subscriptions. 
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Assist channel partners and provisioning of licenses
• Have extensive knowledge of our products and stay in the loop with all updates. Both the platform and the app as well as any additional paid features. 
• Provide information to the product teams on possible improvements based upon customer feedback.
• Contact with customers will primarily occur via email, but video and phone support might be required. 
• Collaborate with account managers, stay updated on product launches, and suggest sales process improvements.

The Sales Support Specialist's duties include other duties reasonably associated with the position. The Employer may change the duties as required from time to time.
