• Work with our measurement team to set up and use PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or another data visualization tool to report daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and performance of the email channel. Knowledge of such tools is a bonus skill but not required as long as you are open to find resources online to learn on your own.
• Analyze data and derive key insights to direct email marketing efforts. This involves slicing and dicing data in different ways daily. You will receive guidance to improve your analytical thinking skills.
• Measure the success of all initiatives and develop proficiency in first-click and last-click reporting and lift measurement.

Part 5: Building email list and designing conversion sequences

• Study our marketing strategy and identify opportunities to grow our email database. (including but not limited to pop-ups, content upgrades, etc.)

Your Experience

12+ years work experience – with at least 8 years of marketing programs & operations experience in B2B high tech, with a focus on demand gen, lead management processes, reporting and marketing systems

Expertise and demonstrated track record in defining, implementing, and optimizing lead management processes and related reporting and analytics

Exceptional ability to plan, manage, and execute cross-functional programs and projects; successfully manages dependencies and risks, and makes the right decisions to deliver on time and on budget

The Role

Being one with good domain experience across omni-channel digital marketing platforms, tools, and ad. technologies, coupled with technical expertise in performance marketing, you will be working closely with our Content Marketing, Lead Generation, Creative, Product and Sales teams to execute strategic demand generation and marketing plans to maximize campaign ROI.This role reports directly to the Marketing Team Lead, APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate digital marketing strategies and lead as the day-to-day manager of digital marketing activities across owned and paid channels
• Execute end-to-end social media advertising campaigns, paid search/display/media tactics and optimizations, including ad creation, keyword/format recommendations and campaign settings, as well as ongoing optimization efforts in ad spend and conversion rates
• Spearhead the SEO efforts, including ongoing keyword research to optimize website and blog contents, landing pages, and other website domain authority structures, to enhance organic keyword ranking performances
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, partners and customers regionally to devise and deliver scalable marketing programmes, and/or adapt other regions’ programmes for our regional execution
• Co-lead the production of engaging written, graphic and video contents for various digital and online platform deployment
• Collect and interpret digital metrics, and report on campaign performances against defined KPIs
• Analyze content intelligence, results, and effectiveness of campaigns to improve content marketing efforts and deliver actionable insights and recommendations

Experience & Attributes

• 2-4 years’ demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM and social media platforms
• With proven success in setting up and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Google network, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other third-party platforms
• Good exposure in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Familiar with measuring digital marketing performances and drawing insights for further optimization, using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush
• Previous experience working with CRM system, such as Salesforce, is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• A hands-on problem solver with the ability to work independently and to deal with ambiguity
• Strong sense of ownership and determination to thrive in an agile environment
• Interest in IT/ Cybersecurity field is highly desired

• Take small to large programmatic sales plays and programs from original concept through final implementation 
• Bring our Industry/vertical and Seller persona focused activation plays into a repeatable framework 
• Develop detailed project execution plan, and manage all processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, and launch 
• Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program including partners, business sponsors 
• Align closely with the Global Sales Play Structure and global operating model design​ 
• Create status reporting to support project/program discussions at Workgroups and Sponsor level 
• Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking 
• Validate Sales Play materials such as Pitch Deck, Customer Stories, Demos, Seller Map, Value Workshops, Target Account List​ 
• Accountable for planning and tracking to program milestones and deliverables​, managing initiative risks and issues​ 
• ​Ensures cross-functional collaboration to deliver expected outcomes of the program 
• Represents the Global Sales Play voice in the Geography and related countries in close alignment with Sales Operations and Go To Market

Responsibilities:

• Grow revenue from assigned telecoms companies and customers and develop new telecoms or managed service provider customers, by ”hunting” new accounts
• Provide consultative selling by positioning Global Internet services and SD-WAN services
• Upsell and leverage business from new and existing customer relationships
• Support the regional sales plan for all of Company’s services, identifying and closing new opportunities
• Understand and articulate Company's positioning, strategy and internet approach
• Demonstrate a clear awareness the specific market pressures, trends and changes
• Succeed through collaborating closely with a team of pre-sales Engineers and Technical leaders
• Resolve any client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate.

Account Management (70%)

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customer accounts across various customer segments.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
• Candidate possess at least 2 years of experiences in the food trading industry
• Customer service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Comfortable in dealing with customer segment from food store / hawkers.
