As a Fenergo Director of Sales the primary objective of this role is to generate revenue for Fenergo by building, maintaining, nurturing sales pipelines, and managing each stage of the sales cycle through to deal execution.

• Practice effective, excellent communications with internal (eg. sales team, admin, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders (eg. customers, sales improvement vendors, trainers).
• Be proactive in finding solutions to challenges that arise in the external and internal environment.
• Provide market intelligence to Management for the formulation of sales and pricing strategies.
• Ensure prompt payments.

Business Development (30%)

• Generate new leads in line with the company’s overall growth strategy.
• Acquire and develop new customer relationships for long-term business relationships.
• Develop and grow a strong understanding of requirements of each customer segment.
• Cross Selling Project.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
• Candidate possess at least 2 years of experiences in the food trading industry
• Customer service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team player and sense of responsibility;
• Comfortable in dealing with customer segment from food store / hawkers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Marketing ownership of projects - driving end user demand generation from user acquisition and revenue growth to reporting efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs and spend
• Identify, document, and propose market and gamers requirements, and innovations through frequent engagements with global and regional stakeholders.
• Develop go-to-market plans with compelling and unique ideation to grow Razer Gold customer base and spend
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and product comparison to ensure products are relevant to the market and feature-sets are comparable to others
• Responsible for developing, implementing and managing global activities such as promotions and product launches
• Developing and implementing communication strategy with Razer global marketing and content teams for press social and community engagements
• Work with product and business development team to develop and manage product literature, presentation, and sales enablement materials for Business teams
• Prepare all necessary documents, legal requirements and brand approvals required for marketing activities
• Assist to oversee other areas of marketing such as social media management when required to ensure business continuity for Razer Gold
• Support the Global marketing team with EDM planning and execution

Pre-Requisites :

• Minimally 3-5 years of product marketing, marketing communications or GTM (go-to-market) marketing experience in the consumer payments, e-commerce or gaming industry
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Attention to detail, be open minded to challenge the status quo, and work with a rapidly changing environment whilst inspiring excellence from every stakeholder, including business partners.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end marketing program and campaigns management
• Experience with data tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising (Google Search Ads, Google Display Network)
• Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers
• Self-motivated and a passion for mobile and PC games
• Team player, and also able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience in the gaming industry is an added advantage.
