• High potential leader ready to lead a team of ~30 technical product representatives (Product Specialists) of Liquid Chromatography & Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC&LCMS).
• This will develop and lead regional LC&LCMS growth strategies and programs with team members to achieve regional financial targets as well as strong LC growth by outpacing market growth in the collaboration with partner organizations including Marketing, Customer Service organization, SSD/CSD sales and others through maximizing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer life-time value.

Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Business Development (Real Estate) is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our various brand concepts that aligns with the Group’s business requirement and growth strategy.

Business Development

Job Summary: The Product Research and Development Manager for Ice Cream will be responsible for overseeing and leading the development of new premix products from conception through production. As a Principal NAND Device Engineering Lead or Manager in the Device Technology Development group at Singapore site of Micron Technology Inc., you will be responsible for analyzing the cell device characteristics, engineering memory device/array operation, and developing novel solutions for next generation NAND technologies in order to meet the required cell and array performance within project timelines. Requirements:

Successful candidates for this position will have:

• Ph.D or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering with focus on Semiconductor devices
• A strong understanding and experience with nonvolatile memories and in particular, NAND device physics. Experience with NAND cell trim and algo development is required. (Preferably >5 years experience)
• Solid communication and reporting abilities.
• The ability to be highly skilled at driving for results in a time-constrained environment.
