Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer (Laboratory/ Electronic Testing) to develop & identify business opportunities including sales visits, preparation of proposals, products & proposals presentation, contracts negotiation and closing of sales.

What Will You Do

• To develop and identify business opportunities
• To do sales visits, preparation of proposals & closing of sales
• To develop sales strategies for the growth of existing and new accounts
• To market wide range of products and provide customers with solutions
• To meet sales quota set and participate in yearly and periodic budget exercises.

What Do We Want

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Electronic/ Telecommunication / Engineering in relevant fields
• Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in electronic testing / laboratory fields.
• Good communication skill & has pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Possess own transport will be advantage.
• Willing to travel.

• Prepare quotation and process order including delivery follow-ups
• Liaising with Sales Personnel and customer on existing and incoming stock detail
• Handling and keeping track of customer’s enquiry and order by phone call / email
• Maintaining full sets of Sales documents
• Generating delivery orders and Invoices
• Prepare Proforma Invoice/Sales Contract
• Issuing debit and credit Note
• Maintain Consignment Stock Report (if applicable)
• Participate Inventory Count and Stock Comparision
• Work closely with Production Department on products manufacturing matter according to schedule planning
• Relief absence colleague on order processing
• Liaising with transportation company for goods, sample and document delivery
• Ad-hoc assignments tasks as prescribed by the Superior

Requirements

• GCE O Level with 2 years of Sales admin working experience
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Good coordination and planning working experience
• Good PC Knowledge such as MSWord & Excel
• Working location at Jurong East Area

* Develop and maintain strong in-store product knowledge

* Assist walk-in customers in purchasing products

* Promote products and optimize sales opportunities

* Attend to customer orders and inquiries

* Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the store’s cleanliness and image.

Job Description

· Prospecting: Prospect and identify clients to contact by email outreach and cold calling

. Lead Generation: Generate 5-8 appointment weekly.

· Engagement: Share TableCheck success stories & Inspire prospects to learn about how TableCheck can be an asset to their business

· Pipeline Management: Manage an organized pipeline in Zoho or Salesforce.com.

· Outreach & Research: Test new technologies to source contact information and facilitate outbound outreach; discover new target markets and implement thoughtful campaigns through outbound calls and emails; assist the sales team by identifying relevant decision makers.

· Relationship Building: Establish relationships with prospects in the Singapore,SEA/ANZ.

Requirement

· You have 1+ years of previous work experience and are passionate about the hospitality industry.

· You have cold calling, sales training and Salesforce.com experience is preferred.

· You have incredible attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple requests.

· You are comfortable working autonomously in a quota-driven sales environment.

· You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

· You excel when faced with a challenge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance Data Centre Operations, focusing on production stability, stakeholder experience, and service quality.
• Identify automation opportunities within production processes to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Timely escalation, communication, and resolution of major incidents, following the escalation matrix. Lead, drive, and facilitate investigation activities.
• Participate in troubleshooting system and network connectivity issues before escalation.
• Track production metrics and performance indicators to ensure operational targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in production.
• Perform other duties as instructed.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/ information technology/ engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience as a Level 1 Production Operations Engineer.
• Strong analytical skills for process improvement and optimization.
• Technical proficiency in production systems with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Data Centre facilities, including temperature/humidity monitoring systems, smoke detection, fire suppression systems, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units, CCTV, keypress units, etc.
• Familiarity with AWS tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail is advantageous.
• Able to work shift duties.
