Responsibilities:

1. Assist to maintain and monitoring project plans, and project schedules.
2. Organize, attend, and participate in project meetings, when required.
3. Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
4. Provide administrative support as needed.
5. Assist in developing project strategies.
6. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
7. Assist in ensuring adherence to processes, and all documentation is available and updated.
8. Provide the necessary system application support for projects launched.
9. Undertake project tasks as required.

Oversee Sales team

Responsible for generating business for Social events, Weddings, Meetings, Catering events, etc

Manage sales activities such as enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads

Generate contracts, banquet event orders and event floor plans based on client needs and best operational scenarios

Work closely with other departments/restaurants and teams to provide solutions and service based on client needs

Ensure all menu proposals are presented to the client accurately & timely

Responsible for collecting deposits and payments based on company procedures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Sales reports and transactions for Management review

Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Preferably Degree/Diploma in Hospitality / Event Management or related discipline

Minimum 3 years food and beverage sales experience with an F&B company / service hotel / equivalent

Knowledge in Microsoft Office is mandatory

Meticulous with an eye for details

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to speak and write Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues

Team player who is able to work independently

Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast paced environment

● Develop and execute sales analytics and CRM strategies to lead and support sales goals and objectives

● Work closely with the commercial teams to understand business needs and objectives, define key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

● Oversee the administration and maintenance of our CRM, other sales systems and digital tools

● Lead a team to execute strategic projects that enhance sales performance and growth and manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial excellence initiatives.

● Enhance strategic sales pipeline analysis and dashboards

● Develop actionable insights to identify gaps and growth opportunities

● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and MPA teams to identify and implement sales analytics solutions that enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency

● Improve current CRM effectiveness and lead new CRM deployment from pre-planning, implementation to driving successful adoption

● Evaluate and measure the effectiveness and impact of commercial excellence projects, using quantitative and qualitative data, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
