Role Summary/Purpose:

The Senior Counsel, Global Investigations will be part of a team leading government, regulatory and significant internal investigations for GE Vernova. The role will be part of the new GE Vernova Global Law & Policy Headquarters team and work with functional and business colleagues with a particular focus on work in Asia. This role will report to the Chief Counsel, Global Investigations for GE Vernova.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Supporting management of governmental / regulatory investigations and internal investigations globally (with a focus on Asia) that could raise legal or reputational risk for GE Vernova and/or its businesses

· Working on matters that may require appearance in front of enforcement agencies

· Ability to co-manage complex investigations across different legal risk areas and different countries

· Driving measurable efficiencies in investigative matter management, including with regard to budgets for external counsel and forensic/discovery-relatedneeds

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in law from a local or internationally recognized university

· Significant governmental investigative experience in the public sector or equivalent white-collar defense work experience in the private sector

· Strong investigative experience in a common law and/or civil law jurisdiction and exposure to working in diverse, complex markets.

· Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance laws in particular in Asia

· Investigative experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Anti-corruption laws in the United States and internationally

The new Centre for Investor Protection aims to undertake independent research, public education and related activities to promote the improvement of investor protection in Singapore and beyond. Projects conducted by the centre should have significant implications for policy and practices relating to investor protection. The key types of research and activities to be conducted are:

(a) Practice and academic research
(b) Case studies
(c) Public education seminars and workshops
(d) Other activities directly related to the centre’s purpose

The Research Manager will report to the centre Director and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the centre’s projects. This includes working with the centre Director and project leaders in designing and implementing research methodologies, analyzing data, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders; and overseeing and managing the writing and editing of case studies. The Research Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of researchers and student assistants and ensuring the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.

The Research Manager is also expected to provide administrative and operational support for the centre, co-ordination of events, and collaborations with both internal and external parties.

The Signature Research Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) aims to pioneer the development and discovery of new and more effective methods for the treatment, prevention and control of new and emerging pathogens. The key outcome of the research will be the early identification of new pathogens, out of which new diagnostic tests, treatments and control strategies will be developed.

This position is for a full-time Senior Research Fellow position. The Laboratory of Virus Evolution (LoVE) studies rapidly evolving respiratory RNA viruses including influenza, parainfluenza and coronaviruses. Our research helps to understand the molecular drivers of virus evolution and population dynamics, and their influence on virulence and pathogenicity.

The candidate is expected to play a critical role in generating and fostering a cutting-edge, interdisciplinary research environment. The candidate should possess a strong background in molecular virology and/or immunology, and will utilize metagenomics sequencing and virologic techniques to understand the evolutionary dynamics of different RNA viruses. The candidate will be involved in developing antiviral antibody therapies in the prevention and treatment of virus disease.

The candidate is expected to perform a variety of research under the Principal Investigator’s supervision or his/her designate. The main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: -

• Conduct and design experiments for rapid molecular diagnosis and efficient genomic sequencing
• Perform bioinformatics and phylogenetic analyses
• Develop and test novel antiviral preventive or therapeutics against virus infections.
• Conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments to study virulence and pathogenesis.
• Interface and network with clinical counterparts and team members to achieve the goals of the project.

As mGTM Program Manager, you are responsible for leading programs to successfully land global tools, metric and best practices in the region and work with country and regional PMMs to identify areas for region-first innovations. This is a new role intended to make the Ads marketing process less burdensome for Sales and Marketing, and requires deep partnership with GBO sellers with the customer relationships and Marketing PMMs that develop the activation experience. You will be expected to accomplish this work in a dynamic, fast changing business environment with multiple, complex problems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and promote program vision and objectives; present program vision and gain buy-in from executive sponsors and stakeholders with minimal guidance.
• Establish and track programs progress in collaboration with stakeholders, identify cross-team sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with policies, identify and implement process improvements, and support the adoption of processes.
• Collect feedback across APAC Ads Marketing & GBO, ensure documentation is up to date, facilitate discussions with cross-team stakeholders to new plans, innovation and continuous improvement
• Deliver effective, strategic communications directed toward a variety of stakeholder groups in order to share and solicit information depending on the need, with minimal guidance.
• Draw interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, provide data-driven strategic recommendations that represent projects/programs from relevant business, product, and technical perspectives to stakeholders at variety of levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; the ability to present and explain strategy to a broad audience, and to contribute effectively during all phases of development
• Deep domain expertise in Ads Marketing

What you will be doing

Vendor and Supply Chain Management:

• Manage contract with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Raise Purchase Orders

Inventory and Delivery Management:

• Keep track of sales contracts and ensure that product deliveries are on track.
• Assist in cataloging and tracking physical and digital products and components.
• Invoicing customers and following up with them for timely payments.

Office Management:

• Organize and standardize internal filing of invoices, bills and contracts.
• Liaise with corporate secretary and accounting firms on digitizing invoices, contracts, etc. on a regular basis in order to keep reporting and accounting up-to-date.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the Directors and the CEO.
• Serve as the point person for office management duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, shopping and general housekeeping.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organisational skills, attentive to details and able to multitask.
• Team player and keen learner who is able to problem solve independently in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Operations, RHS Office, the successful candidate will lead the community care team operations in assigned area to improve health and anchor care in the community.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Lead community care team operations in an assigned area to support the residents in leading a healthy lifestyle including the following community operations:

• Transition care programme
• Community Health Posts
• Health screening operations

2) Support in operations planning in assigned area:

• Ops data analysis and monitor workload
• Manpower planning and management
• Collaborate and engage community partners to coordinate community operations
• Monitor the performance of ops KPIs
• Achieve synergies and optimise use of resources

3) Support in improving community operations to enhance care and residents experience:

• Pilot new programmes and processes
• Evaluate the use of technology to ease workflow improvement
• Evaluate success of pilot programs for future action

4) Lead community care operations team in assigned area:

• Ensure department is appropriately resourced to carry out its mission - people, funding, skill & technology
• Develop team members to enhance their skills & harness their potential
• Integrate team with the other RHSO departments & divisions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with health related discipline, with at least 8 years of healthcare and operations related experience
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
