We are currently looking for a Manager to undertake the delivery consulting engagements for Visa clients across Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia, enabling portfolio growth and improved profitability in clients’ payment card business. In addition to this, the Manager is also tasked to help drive special projects that various consulting leads need to drive in the respective markets that will help scale VCA IPVMC’s strategies. The role has a unique and exciting opportunity to support the deployment of innovative solutions to clients that include banks, fintechs, and merchants. This is an individual contributor role reporting into the Director, Lead of Digital and Porftolio Optimization practice area for VCA IPVMC.

As a Manager you will be leading the delivery and execution of Visa Consulting and Analytics engagements for clients in IPVMC. In this role, you are expected to:

· Cultivate relationship with Visa’s clients and partners - Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants & Fintech firms, by being strategically focused, optimize client performance and implement recommendations in areas of customer life cycle management, and new product development and launches.

· Drive client conversations with the client working team, execute and embed our solutions within the client’s environment. Building content and engagement delivery involves strong project management skills.

· Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions.

· Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines

· Work across advisory practices to execute engagements across the VCA verticals.

· Help design and enable delivery of scalable, repeatable, and effective solutions to clients while anticipating and planning for deviations to intended experience

· Liaise with other functions to identify impact, support, gaps, and assist in the resolution of gaps

· Help execute new initiatives of VCA IPVMC that may include changes to current solutions and/or business operations

· Responsible for workflow assignments and must be a fast responder and proactive in resolving issues and meeting deadlines

Manages All Aspects of the Daily Operation at the Hotel Lobby and Entrances

• Ensures the smooth running of the hotel operation by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics as issued by Raffles Hotel Singapore.
• Upholds a flawless impression and perception of the Raffles Hotel Singapore services, products and colleagues.
• Takes responsibility to ensure 24-hours shift coverage in the Lobby Operation, Concierge and Raffles Service sections. Carries out Night Duty Management by himself if needed.
• Orchestrate the lobby operations from a seating perspective of main building restaurant patrons.

Maximises Efficiency of Resident and Guest Incident Management

• Manages any incident that occurs during resident stays or guest visits due to service or product shortfalls.
• Acts as the center of communication during any incident and takes immediate action to turn the situation around into a satisfying experience.
• Acts according to hotel emergency and crisis management procedures when applicable and always reinforces hotel values.

REQUIREMENT:

· MAS Representative would be highly advantageous

· Master's/Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), with CFA preferred

· Preferable at least 15 years of relevant working experience in the Forex exchange (Asian market) or public equity investment background

· Proven experience as an FX Trader with a successful track record in the Asian markets.

· In-depth knowledge of Asian financial markets, including currency movements, economic indicators, and geopolitical events.

· Strong analytic and quantitative skills.

· Excellent risk management and decision-making abilities.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

The Program Manager will be accountable for the successful completion of InterSystems Corporation (TrakCare) assigned projects. The Program Manager is the ambassador to the customers in which we are implementing solutions as well as being the escalation point between the customer and InterSystems Corporation. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are running on time and to budget and where possible will work with the client to consider other solutions we are able to provide to them. It is also imperative that the Program Manager works actively to continually maintain and develop relationships that are realised in revenue streams. The Program Manager will moreover be responsible for continuing to build in- house implementation capability to support the market growth.

Experience and Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10 years+), and a successful track record of delivering services and overseeing implementation projects
• Clinical background (Nurse, Doctor)
• Good understanding of Information technology solutions
• The ability to identify, attract and motivate a first class professional team, well integrated within InterSystems global organization. Must be effective in inspiring
• Customer Relationship Management. The ability to think creatively and manage customer relationships in delivering top quality services and solutions. This should include successful interaction with top executives of major organizations, and must be recognized for his or her abilities in understanding business needs, their problems, propose valuable solutions and communicate them objectively and effectively
• Result orientation. Demonstrate a track record of consistently delivering high quality services within target budget. Evidences of this competency are shown by establishing and achieving goals that push the team to the required levels in quality, timing and budgets, identifying alternatives that compensate for possible adverse situations
• Project Management and Technical expertise. The ability to manage multi projects
• Simultaneously, using effective project management tools. Must also understand the technology involved in delivering solutions
• Familiar with health care activities. The ability to understand the needs for a successful health care/ hospital operation. Alternatively must prove abilities in learning fast specific requirements of complex operations
• Must be fluent in Indonesian Bahasa and English, Mandarin is optional

Education and Training

• PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent Certification
• Clinical/Medical degree from an accredited American University is preferred
