A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Elicit, scope and manage business requirements aligned with Government procurement strategies with application of ICT knowledge.
• Perform data analysis to enable data-driven decision on procurement strategies, supplier performance and approaches for the assigned bulk tenders. This includes research on demand and supply-related market factors to substantiate decision making.
• Manage operations of ICT bulk tender projects ensuring adherence to Government procurement processes.

• Apply contract monitoring methods to assess suppliers’ performance, and execute contract management procedures and techniques.
• Manage suppliers (in accordance to contractual obligations) to meet stipulated service levels within scope and schedule, and perform variation and technology refresh (when necessary).
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of procurement projects.
• Provide regular and timely project status reports to upper management and manage project timelines, stakeholders, and communications.
• Ensure compliance of ICT projects with Quality Management System (QMS) and contractual requirements.
• Conduct audit and follow-up on customers’ usage of projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Be familiar with Government IM on Procurement
• Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in the ICT Industry and/or Government procurement
• Experience in managing Cloud, Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or AGILE projects will be beneficial
• Participated in full software or product development cycles
• Proven experience in IT business analysis
• Experience in Project Management for Monitoring and Tracking;

Incident Management

• Lead investigations and ensure incidents are resolved within the stipulated SLA time.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurrent incidents and recommend improvement solutions to the Client.
• Ensure proper sign-off/endorsement by the client for incident resolution/closure and associated archival/repository.

IT Security Management

• Schedule security scans for identified systems according to policies, and verify all vulnerability rectifications are satisfactorily performed.
• Conduct weekly Security Reviews on System Access and administration patterns, and report any unusual or suspicious activities to the SMO Head Office.

Position Purpose:

Reporting to Senior Brand Manager / Business Manager, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. As the Manager of Software Implementation & Vessel Performance, your pivotal role within the technical department revolves around ensuring the successful implementation of new Ship Management Software across all ships and shore offices. Your primary responsibility lies in providing comprehensive training to all company employees, including both shore and ship staff, enabling them to proficiently utilize the various modules and functions of the Ship Management Software.

Furthermore, you will actively work to decrease overall energy consumption on board vessels through a range of measures. These measures encompass monitoring the hull condition, conducting regular follow-ups with vessels to optimize fuel consumption of various machineries on board. Additionally, you will actively engage with various class and flags for the submission of crucial data, such as IMO DCS, EU MRV, etc., in compliance with relevant regulations. Monitoring EEXI and CII compliance will also fall under your purview to ensure adherence to the required standards.

There are two main areas you will be responsible for:

Training and Implementation of Ship Management software:

• Ensuring data (i.e.spares, jobs, class, inventory, location and machinery planned maintenance system (MPMS certification) are accurately built, mapped and maintained in the PMS module.

• Strategic proposal feedback: to guide and elevate business/client development and account management proposal content to ensure we propose the strongest solutions. Where appropriate, to share proposal reviews to correct senior staff.
• Support consulting sales effort: attending client pitches/teleconferences, using Salesforce, training/updating business/client development and account managers on custom research solutions and experiences.
• Quarterly Share-out sessions: create formal share-out sessions on a quarterly basis for sales staff to more clearly understand our unique selling points.
• Ensure we have a renewable revenue base: identify, encourage and manage pro-active efforts to grow repeat client business. Collaborate with sales teams to share knowledge, ensure quality and proactively tailor solutions to our most valuable clients;
• Promote a commercial approach: Strengthen the commercial awareness of the consulting team and collaborate with relevant account management, farming and business development teams.

Team and Development:The Consulting Manager will be assigned a team of 4-8 Consulting staff and he or she will be responsible for the quality of all work products for this team. Additionally, the Consulting Manager will work with management to develop the skillset of individual members. Other tasks include:

Wise is on a mission to make money without borders - convenient, fast, and eventually free. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Spend Squad in Singapore to help us deliver product experiences for our card customers. 

The Wise Card was first launched in Europe in 2018, allowing customers to spend internationally at the mid-market rate, with only a low, upfront conversion fee. Since then, we’ve expanded to over 50+ countries and territories in the Americas and APAC, and built features like instant issuance of digital cards and enhanced spending controls. We’ve issued more than 4 million cards that are being used in over 160 countries every minute.

As part of the Spend Squad, you’ll primarily work on enabling customers to spend from their Wise accounts in a sustainable manner, ensuring that we’re able to grow our product in-line with our squad-level KPIs.

How you’ll contribute:

• Provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions, from improving in-product flows to building card customer segmentation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Science and Operational teams to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
• Design experiments to monitor the impact of new product features on risk, convenience and conversion metrics.
• Build conviction on high-impact areas and challenge them if there are faster or more effective ways to tackle the problem.
