RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events

Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring that multiple SAP projects are delivered within scope, quality, time and budget requirements. Also, in charge of the overall use of resources.

• Take lead in all the phases of SAP project implementation, from project planning, execution, risk management, go-live and project closure.

• Working with internal clients to determine project definition and business requirements.

• Setting up an appropriate project organization.

• Accountable for developing & managing project plans & WBS and coordinating the activities of the project team and sub-team.

What we will need from you

Ideally you have minimum 2 years of working experience in a Supervisory Role in a hotel Front Office department. You have a minimum qualification of Diploma in any aspect and is able to work rotational shift, including night shift.
