JOB RESPOSIBILITIES

• Product delivery training to distributors and customer
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor/End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
• Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries. And ability to travel to ASEAN countries for visiting Distributors and customers (once per 1-2 months)
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts Team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
• Furnish warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• Meticulous and self-motivated, cooperate and comply.
• Submitting trip/visit/monthly/other report to management.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to marketing, service and spare parts teams.
• Building close working environment with key distributor channel partners and major customers to align our supply, quality and service offering.
• Continously reviewing the operations and sales function to ensure the structure can support our customers and our business ongoing growth.
• Managing the Customer Support and Technical Service functions.

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma and/or certificate in Engineerint with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Japanese language skill
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
• Process valid class 3 Driving license.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cybersecurity operations and incident response.
• Provide monthly Security Status Report, containing minimally the following information: incidents reporting, risk register, security logs review, patches deployed and configuration changes.
• Facilitate, Patch and Remediate vulnerability with supporting vendors.
• Perform user access review.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness training quarterly.
• Ensure proper change request process is performed for all changes to the system and documentation.
• Ensure there are logs to be used for monitoring or investigation evidence purposes.
• Check with supporting vendors monthly for security patches or upgrade.
• Conduct readiness preparation for cybersecurity audits and risk assessment.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Possess certification(s) in Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), SANS GIAC is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Security Operations and Management
• Capability to maintain a high degree of proficiency when driving utilizing security related skills and techniques
• Ability to function under pressure and stressful emergency situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to all levels in the organisation
