Accounting

1. Bookkeeping, invoicing and maintaining accurate accounting records with Xero.
2. Processing bank deposits, sending reminders and reconciling financial statements to ensure cashflow efficiency.
3. Monitoring and reporting on budgets, including weekly cash flow forecasting and quarterly budget forecasting. That’s why we need someone with an eagle eye.
4. Preparing timely and accurate submissions for annual filing, tax compliance, GST filing and other corporate secretarial matters. This is where we need you to be responsible and proactive.
5. Timely processing of employee payroll, claims and submission of CPF. This is why we need someone responsible with an eye for detail. We all have families and financial obligations. It’s nice to be paid consistently and on time.
6. Managing obligations to suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure timely payments. Nope, we don’t delay payments as that’s not playing nice.
7. Handling of project advances and expense reimbursements. Yup, you’ll be controlling the flow of money. Ain’t that an important role? Don’t you think this is an important role with responsibilities that are quite diverse?
8. Maintaining Fix Assets Register.

Human Resource

1. Maintaining up-to-date employee records and internal database using Talenox. You’ll get to select birthday cakes and choose “makan places” for the team!
2. Assisting in employee recruitment and development of talent pipeline. You’ll be filtering and qualifying potential talents into the organisation.
3. Managing employee onboarding and off-boardings including preparation of documents and employment contracts. When new employees join us, we need to onboard and align them to our ways. When they have outgrown us, we send them off to their next adventure. We will need your help to make it a smooth transition.
4. Managing employee leave processes, updating and administering company policies. We don’t have a lot of policies as we use our culture code as our guidance based on common sense.
5. Assisting in the development of training/onboarding material and administering of the HR calendar.
6. Handling grant applications and administering employee-related compliance requirements.
7. Ensuring up-to-date compliance with MOM and applicable employment laws.

Office Admin

1. Assist in the preparation of corporate secretarial and legal documents. We don’t expect you to be a para-legal but we’ll need your help to keep the governance of the business in order.
2. Ensuring the smooth running of operations of the studio office to create a positive and conducive work environment for the team.
3. Any other administrative duties as may be prescribed by the CEO. We “sumpah” and pinky-promise we won’t overload you with unnecessary nonsense, but we’ll need you for some ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the office running.

We are looking for a Head of Client Services Operations, Digital Workspace & CX for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) to join the Strategic Services department to drive customer, service, and operations excellence. The Head of Client Services Operations will oversee our operations, L2/L3 technical, platform, field services, and end-user support teams across our Collab & CX, Digital Workspace Solutions (DWS), VDI solutions, and End User Managed Services. Responsibilities

· Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Client Services Operations Center, including staffing and P&L, for emerging and established services in the Collab & CX, Future of Work, DWS, VDI, and EUC service areas.

· Develop, implement, and optimize customer service processes aligned with ITIL and ITSM best practices, focusing the team on service excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency gains.

· Implement and enforce robust InfoSec policies and protocols, including managing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), to protect sensitive customer data, and to maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.

· Analyze customer service data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost optimization.

· Enhance productivity, ease of operations, and optimize resources using automation, Machine Learning and AI.

· Manage and implement quality assurance initiatives and client service improvement programs.

· Keep internal and external stakeholders informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.

· Achieve and maintain compliance with ISO/ICE standard certifications and other relevant certifications.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including StarHub L1/L1.5 call centre support teams (COps), and Cybersecurity Operations, Voice & Network Operations, and regional subsidiaries.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering / Business administration, or a related field, or diploma with equivalent experience.

· 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in a customer service environment.

· Industry experience in one of the following: telecoms, cloud management, infrastructure managed services

· Experience with customer service operations in a regulated (e.g., telecom) environment is a plus.

· Holds CISM, ITIL, PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications.

· Track record in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service.

· High degree of self-initiative, along with a "roll-up-your-sleeves can-do" attitude.
