As our Sales Manager, you’ll be given the challenge of leading and growing an ambitious team of Account Executives in a relatively new market for us, South East Asia.  As part of our Sales Leadership Team, you’ll play a critical role in strategic decision-making, identifying actionable areas for improvement, and making efficiencies to our go-to-market strategy for Malaysia and Singapore.

As our Sales Manager for South East Asia, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Executing our sales program that will ensure achievement of plan and net new revenue targets for each of your Account Executives
• Drive the performance of the team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are consistently exceeded and ensure full ownership and accountability of appropriate KPI’s
• Grow and lead - recruiting and retaining a high-performance and highly engaged sales team
• Train, develop and motivate sales team in skills, sales methodologies and activities, and product
• Work with your team to understand customer needs and requirements
• Create compelling, values based transformation opportunities that drive customer engagement
• Identify prospective markets and lead sources
• Assist with performing effective online demos to prospects when required

Sales Planning

• Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop Employment Hero’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

Data & Reporting

• Ensure team adoption and accurate use of Salesforce CRM and reinforce best practices to include compliance with governance, timely updates, and accurate reporting
• Deliver consistent and accurate sales forecast reports utilising Salesforce
• Continuous tracking and optimising conversions, success and revising plans based on data

• Ensure usage of all sales tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, Whatsapp for business, Chilli Piper and SPIFF

• Disrupt the market, inventing new product features
• Capture customer ideas and requests for new product features and feed this back to the product team
• Monitor research and development of other organisations in our market to ensure Employment Hero develops solutions faster than our competitors
  

What will you bring 

• 6+ years’ experience in high volume B2B sales, with a minimum 3+ years’ experience leading B2B sales teams
• Training in sales techniques/methodologies preferred
• Understanding of the Human Resources and Payroll Industry (SaaS would also be beneficial)
• Experience selling to SMEs at scale
• A track record of over-achieving on team targets and strong experience of coaching and mentoring your team
• Problem solving and analytical thinking with a natural interest for all aspects of data, analysis, excel and charts
• Energetic, driven and results-focused personality

Job Description

The Data Center Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operation, including power, cooling, fire protection, security, and environmental controls. Other responsibilities include managing data center floor space and security. You will also lead a team of outsourced technicians and contractors, to manage projects, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key objectives are to:

•Maximize uptime: Ensure the data centre infrastructure meets the required availability levels and minimizes downtime, preventing outages, service and data loss.

•Maintain system redundancy: Implement and manage redundant systems for critical infrastructure to ensure smooth operation even during maintenance or unexpected events. Ensure maintenance regime is adhered to and any arising gaps remediated in a timely manner.

•Control operational expenses: Manage budgets effectively and find cost-saving opportunities for maintenance, upgrades, and external services

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years relevant industry experience or Diploma in electrical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in datacentre infrastructure and facility management

•Familiar with fire safety rules and regulations associated with operating complex datacenter infrastructure

•Proficient in data centre monitoring and management software

•Familiar with data center fiber and structure cabling would be a added advantage

•Possess Datacenter certification eg. CDCP, CDFOM

•Familiar with TIA-942-B design standards for Datacenter, Uptime Standards and ASHRAE requirements

This is a role in the in-house client-dedicated Team in Keywords Singapore.  The Lead LPM role will support the client’s Localisation team and will work closely with the client’s tools, processes and personnel.

In this role, the Lead LPM will need to master file delivery management to support the client’s localisation and LQA requests.

The Singapore Centre for Environmental Life Sciences Engineering (SCELSE) is a unique interdisciplinary Research Centre of Excellence (RCE), funded by National Research Foundation, Ministry of Education, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National University of Singapore (NUS). Hosted by NTU in partnership with NUS, SCELSE is linking new insights from the life sciences with expertise from emerging technologies in engineering and natural sciences to understand, harness and control microbial biofilm communities and microbiomes. SCELSE is seeking to hire a Manager, Business Data Operations Management provide day-to-day facilities management and the data centre in SCELSE through ongoing end-user support as well as monitoring of HPC resources, including its 13,000 plus core compute servers and over 4 PB of high-capacity storage. The Business Data Operations manager is also responsible for the yearly performed external audit, as well as the key contact person for the SCELSE NSCC (National Super Computing Center) partnership.

This role is to support Associate Dean (Research Programme) to manage Interdisciplinary Collaboration Core (ICC) courses for Research Students as follows:

• Plan and organize ICC courses, workshop/seminars and activities

• Plan class timetabling, including booking of class venues

• Work with Colleges/Schools and course instructors (internal/external) on arrangement of class allocation and teaching assignments

• Point of contact and support to students and schools on all matters related to ICC courses, including liaising with other relevant offices

• Handle and manage ICC courses registration and to arrange students from various disciplines in every ICC class

• Monitor class attendances

• Handle students’ results including arrangement of meeting for Board of Examiners to finalise students’ results

• Manage all payments to course instructors

• Manage any other administrative matters related to ICC courses

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will lead and manage the daily operations in a Materials Processing/Testing laboratory. The incumbent shall provide administrative/technical support for academic and research activities, by supporting chemical management, equipment operation, laboratory teaching classes and procurement, to achieve smooth laboratory operations. The incumbent will also take charge of asset/equipment management, budget control, laboratory development, and ensure that safety is compliant with school policy and legal requirements.

Duties include:

• Provide administrative/technical support for faculty, research staff and students in carrying out their academic/research activities, including operation of laboratory equipment and procurement.

• Support laboratory teaching classes for full-time and part-time undergraduate students, on Materials Testing and Vibration Analyses/Control.

• Manage chemical activities in the laboratory and ensure proper documentation, storage, and disposal of chemicals are in compliance with Singapore regulations.

• Forecast and manage budget to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory.

• Procure materials and equipment required for laboratory teaching and research projects.

• Develop and implement total preventive maintenance programmes for laboratory equipment e.g., routine maintenance, testing, and calibration etc., and ensure they are properly maintained, safe to operate and in good working condition.

• Development and space optimisation of the laboratory.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety standards are compliant with ISO45001 regulations.

• Asset management and maintaining proper records for inventory auditing.

• Ensure safety and security compliance and housekeeping in the laboratories.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO) and School Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related discipline, with 5 years of relevant experience OR

• Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related discipline, with 10 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge on Materials Testing and Vibration Analyses/Control.

• Experience in Risk Management.

• Experience in handling and management of chemicals (FM, HS, EP).

• Knowledge on local regulatory requirements (SCDF, SPF, NEA, MOM, etc.) for storing and handling regulated chemicals, possessing non-ionising irradiating apparatus, and pressure vessels.

• Experience and knowledge in workplace safety and health, including ISO 45001, is a plus.

• Experience in budget management and knowledge of government procurement policies is a plus.

• Experience in managing staff is a plus.

Centre for the Applications of Teaching & Learning Analytics for Students (ATLAS) is leveraging on learning analytics to improve teaching and learning as part of Education Strategy 2025. This position is similar in nature to a business analyst but for advancing the use of data for teaching and learning purposes. The position is critical for developing a communication plan to get faculty and students buy-in on the learning analytics goals of the university. He or she would also be responsible for gathering faculty, students and schools’ teaching and learning needs, and translating the needs into meaningful learning analytics solutions.

He or she would be working with the director and the data scientists to enhance data literacy of faculty and students. In addition, he or she is expected to support the administration of key systems such as Denodo and Dataiku in compliance with the data and AI governance policy of the university.
