Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Day-to-day administrative and operational duties, content and copywriting for emails, social media, editorial features for Food, Travel, Shopping and social Media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram to drive user growth and engagement
• Identify and implement industry trends in Social Media marketing to grow follower base
• Promote marketing initiatives that drive revenue and traffic growth
• Collaborating with the Business Development team to promote merewards
• Liasing internally with various departments to ensure seamless campaign execution

• Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting and editorial content development
• Digital Marketing, preferably in a loyalty program and/or e-commerce
• Possess creativity, meticulousness, resourcefulness with results orientation
• Good Project management and execution with tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics tools, and Adobe Photoshop will be advantageous

Your Impact

You will work Client, Partners and Project Teams to ensure that Customer / Vendor invoices are properly booked, payments are made/accounted for and financial accuracy and transparency are retained. You will work on optimizing the processes and systems to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting processing as well as management information systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Account Receivable: Create Customer Invoices and follow up on payments
• Account Payable: Review, book and prioritize vendor / partner invoices & payments
• Balance Sheets: Book & Monitor Balance sheet items like Accruals, Assets Ledgers, Loans
• Controlling: Monitor integrity of financial statements and annotate developments
• Procurement: Identify partners and commercial models
• Administration: Support Management & Project team with administrative tasks
