IT Senior Executive (Project management and delivery)

We are seeking a IT Senior Executive with project management experience to join us in delivering business applications to support. This role must have the ability to identify, understand and document business requirements into functional/technical specifications.

This role will be working in a highly dynamic environment that utilizes strong functional understanding of various systems across our organisation to problem solve or identify areas for improvement for the business.

The functional requirements we are looking for are as follows:

• Partner the IT and Business Teams in the provision of Line of Business (LOB) IT solutions for the Business Unit with right value proposition
• Under general supervision, understand business problems, develop and deliver Business solution IT solutions as well as maintaining these solutions
• Strong documentation skills to gather and translate business requirement, analyze and propose a digital solution/ plan
• Create and manage project plans with Agile methods, depending on project scope and deliverables requirements
• Lead the entire life cycle of system implementation projects and managing the transition to BAU operation
• Foster strong partnership and co-own successfully project delivery with internal Business Project Managers / Stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with 2-3 years with related field
• Good track record in developing, managing and delivering technology transformation objectives and plans
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in CI/CD environment
• Experienced in Agile, implementing digital technologies which deliver value to the organization
• Good analytical skills, with ability to absorb information, conceptualize and implement
• Demonstrate good communication skills to manage different internal stakeholders
• Familiar with creative thinking and innovation methodologies shall be advantageous

Job Description:

Failure Analysis:

• Systematically investigate and determine the root causes and factors that contribute to the failure or malfunction of a product, system, or component
• Examining the various aspects such as design, materials, manufacturing processes, environmental conditions, and operational factors to understand why a failure occurred
• Provide comprehensive Failure Analysis during development NPI process
• Work with various functional teams for root cause identification, simulation, and solutions

Debugging Function:

• Support daily operation to repair and troubleshooting of equipment related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on a timely basis.
• Work with engineering on the new processes, process control plan, and qualify the new equipment/process for new product introduction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's experience in production operations (hands-on work)
• Minimum NITEC and above
• Able to work at least 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday
• Overtime is available, subject to operational needs and demands
• Good or acceptable vision will be required as some of the tasks requires you to deal with very small parts
• Willing to learn systems and deal with computers
• Good effort in memorizing the process and procedures

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop Fraud Strategies in relation to Application and Transaction Fraud with a view to manage fraud losses in line with Country Risk Appetite
• Establishing public-private partnership particularly with law enforcement agencies MAS, peer banks and ABS to ensure sufficient coverage on fraud matters
• Providing SME support during product development and related Risk Forums
• Assisting with procedures that mitigates fraud risk during inception

• Provide advice to business & support groups on fraud queries
• Provide & support timely response to queries from external parties such as enforcement agencies

• Manage Fraud Operations processes within expectations

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Business or Cyber Security, with at least 5 years of experience in fraud management or cyber risk management
• Knowledgeable in banking procedures and practices, audit and regulatory requirements
• Good problem-solving, analytical and value judgement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact and work with a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
