• Process exchange paperwork (onboarding, trading accounts, etc).
• Work with internal teams to administer, refine and improve internal business processes
• Research and analyze new markets and crypto financial products to help drive the firm’s expansion in the region.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies to help improve our current day-to-day business workflows

Qualifications / Attributes

• A graduate in a technical or financial discipline from a top school
• Master’s degree is preferred
• At least 5 years of professional experience, and a track record of success in related industries (e.g. crypto firms, crypto exchanges, proprietary trading firms)
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills for business purposes
• Drive, passion and energy
• Proactive and a team player
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work and prioritize independently, coupled with the judgment to involve management with issues as needed
• Ability to find the best solutions (not necessarily the easiest) to problems of all sizes
• Exceptional analytical abilities and experience presenting data to assist in strategic decision-making

About the role:

• Manage a portfolio of prime property assets in the central core region
• Perform physical evaluation of properties
• Conduct research and market analysis to provide proposals on rental rates
• Facilitate rent negotiations, renewals, and handover processes.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (investors, tenants, authorities, professionals) to resolve issues of the properties
• Assist the team leader in property improvement projects
• Provide proposals for cost optimization to ensure cost management initiatives align with overall business objectives
• Support the team leader in evaluating, identifying and minimizing operational risks
• Handle emergencies promptly and professionally to ensure minimal disruptions

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Facilities or Real Estate Management
• Good working attitude and show willingness to learn
• Possess great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
