· Counter Service to manage stakeholders’ needs

o Front desk duties include attending to the needs of walk-in customers (such as parents, visitors, partners, teachers, staff, and students) in a professional, prompt and friendly manner. Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inquiries and record caller details for sales follow-up.
• Prepare invoices and monthly consolidated billing reports.
• Maintain filing system and update waste information in Navision software.
• Assist the Customer Service team and coordinate with logistics and operations to meet customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec or above in any field, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage walk-in customers registration and billings.
• Answering in-coming calls
• Explain various health screening profiles to customers.
• Sort and distribute walk-in patients’ medical reports
• Monitor and control visitors entering the laboratory.
• Assist to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of front office.
• Ensure all duties are adhered to SOP and complied to PDPA requirements.
• Responsible to follow through all issues assigned.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

• Need to communicate with Chinese & English-speaking customers.

WORKING HOURS

• Mon to Fri – 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
• Saturday – 8.30 am to 1.00 pm

• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner
• Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards
• Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area
• Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance
• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times.
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs
• Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience of KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office applications for administrative work
