• Enhance sales efficiency by equipping the service sales team with adequate selling skills and ensuring proper organization and staffing within the area of responsibility. Provide coaching on sales planning, negotiation, and customer segment expertise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine pricing, discounts, and commercial terms for subsidiaries, customers, and distributors.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics Management, or related fields.
• Min 10 years of extensive experience with a proven track record in Service Sales Business within the High-Speed Diesel industries or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing complex products/business systems & solutions, coupled with advanced presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership abilities and adeptness in personnel management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving sales and logistics operational issues
