• Perform HR & Admin duties, including on boarding process, exit clearance, staff relation management, group insurance, work injury reporting, staff claims and travel arrangement, etc.
• Maintain and update employees’ records in HRIS system and related portals.
• Able to draft HR related letters and notices, and communicate well with staff and related government agencies.
• Familiar MOM policy and perform MOM work permit/pass applications, renewal, and cancellation.
• Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to resolve work pass related issues, dormitory management for foreign workers.
• Manage staff attendance, leave administration, computation and calculation of Overtime claims.
• Handle employees’ welfare and benefits, organize company events and activities for employees.
• Perform staff engagement and survey.
• Handle staff disciplinary and grievances related issues.
• Training registration and maintain a proper training records.
• Facilitate work performance review and staff appraisal.
• Facility Maintenance (e.g. Lift renewals, Copier machine, fire safety equipment, etc).
• Any other HR & administration tasks.

Requirements:-

• At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of relevant experience, with focus on recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of Local Employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in using software applications (e.g, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc)

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in all aspect of accounting.
• Experience in balance sheets schedules
• Perform timely closing of accounts and submission of GST returns
• Assist in internal control implementation
• Verify accuracy of financial and transactional data daily and perform monthly reconciliation of statement of accounts with bank statement.
• Ensure timely billing to clients, verify receipts and payment details with transaction documents.
• Input of suppliers’ invoices and process credit notes/adjustments
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes assigned, e.g. recruitment, orientation, processing of new appointments, contract renewals, exit management, performance management, administration of leave, employee benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness programs, and etc.
• Process monthly payroll timely for all staff
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess at ITE or diploma certificate on accountancy
• Min 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in InfoTech, XERO and MS Office
