A. JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Resource Acquisition is responsible for raising funds for SPD’s cause and meet fundraising targets to serve people with disabilities through SPD’s programmes and services. Work closely with other members of SPD’s Community Partnerships Division and Direct Service Programme Heads in planning and implementing fundraising activities and developing proposals for donors that align with SPD’s mission and goals.

· Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role

· Experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plus

· Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews

· Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems

The ideal candidate will support the Assistant Manager, HR Technology in implementing and maintaining the human resource information management systems for SingHealth Polyclinics.

Job scope includes:

• Providing documentations and user guides on the human resources data systems
• Supporting documentation of system and data security management
• Supporting user queries and troubleshooting

Job requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ECC 6.0 – HCM

You will play a pivotal role in managing SingHealth’s talent management and succession planning process and be responsible for implementing and reviewing talent development strategies, initiatives, tools and processes which includes talent identification and assessment, talent engagement, succession and development planning so as to build leadership bench strength and pipeline for the needs of SingHealth. Must haves

• The ability to motivate and inspire others
