Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Support to Airport IT Systems

Jobscope:

1) Perform and ensure routine maintenance activities are carried out as scheduled.

2) Perform OS/application upgrades/patching.

3) Attend to system or application service and change request.

4) Provide resolution for all application and/or technical incidents and work with external support if required.

5) Identify root cause, preventive and corrective measures for identified problems to prevent recurring incidents.

6) Provide incident and problem reporting for all stakeholders in timely and professional manner.

7) Assist in preparing system related documents and ISO Audit

8) Participate in new project implementation, requirement gathering, setup & installation, testing and commissioning.

Pre-requisites:

1) Possess at least a Diploma or its equivalent in Computer / IT with minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field.

2) 2-3 years of working experience as a System Engineer supporting application of UNIX/LINUX platform and database.

3) Trained or certified in Windows Server, UNIX/LINUX, VM and ITIL would be advantageous.

4) Analytical, proactive and able to multi-task and prioritize all work assigned.

5) Team player with good English communication skills who can also work independently under minimum supervision.

6) Motivated individual with challenger spirit and leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.

7) Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skills would be advantageous.

Title: Batch Scheduler (Code Table Ops)
Duties:

• Code table Reporting and Check/search if there are any E lOS/EOL
• Based on inventry list of the software, you needs to go to the respective site to check if there are any updates. If there are, you will needs to alert POC and POC shall take over from there
• There is master inventory list consist of 150 software with the necessary website. Browser the internet with the respective website to check for any update. And alert owner accordingly (Sent email).
• Any other duties given by Project Manager
• Fast pace work (Need to complete the work at a given time)
• Any activation for deployment will be Overtime (not often)

Requirement:

• Good with using Computer and able to work fast pace
• Good in Ms Office skill especially Excel
• Able to work staggered hours according to the manager's duty roster
• Able to work OT when activation for deployment
• At least 2 years experience in data entry/administration roles

Process monthly payroll and generate payroll report

Events

Support for projects and organise events, staff gathering/team building/retreat

Manage employee benefits programs and address inquiries related

Support the performance appraisal process by tracking timelines, gathering feedback, and

assisting in documentation

Education & Experience

Have a local diploma certification or bachelor's degree

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource and childcare centre/preschool setting

Preference given to candidates with related work experiences in Singapore

Proficient with Microsoft Office software, electronic devices, multimedia producing software, and trending social media apps

Salary is offered based on individual qualifications, experience and workability
