Report to Project Director.
Responsible for executing and complete the project in timely manner.
Arrange & Conduct meeting with client, design consultants, suppliers and consultants, suppliers and subcontractors for the project execution works.
Monitor the program, progress and performance of the project.
Principle liaison with LTA Senior Project Management Team.
Safety and Environment Management System Implementation.
Security - Organization and Assignment of duties to Security Team.
Resource Planning and Selection.
Review and approve monthly progress report.
Oversee Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Operations for all works.
Resolve internal and external disputes.
Hold daily or weekly team meeting in conjunction with PD to discuss productivity, engineering, purchasing, programme, quality, safety environmental and security and allocate follow up actions for the team members.
Establish and maintain site operations in accordance with company's policies and procedures and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Control of project budget and expenditures & highlight variance to Project Director.
Any other matter related to the carrying out of the works and/or the due fulfillment the contract.
Prior experience in LTA projects is preferred.
Requirements :-
- Min Degree in Civi Engineering or relevant field.
- Min 18 years of experience in Road Works, Stations, Buildings & etc.
- LTA experience preferred.
