Technical & Support Duties

• Assists in the minor changes to business application forms / reports
• Notifies IS vensors of any malfunctioning of hardware and applications
• Reviews reported application or system problems and resolve them on the spot
• Liaises with IS Manager on any IT audit matters

Routine Duties

• Reviews automated backup logs and perform remediation when backup failed
• Reviews antivirus alert notification and performs quick inspection on the reported user's computer when needed
• Reviews network Firewall logs and performs remediation when needed
• Adminstrates and support Amadeus Integrated booking suite issues
• Any other duties as assigned by IS Manager or Executive Assistant Manager

You will provide administrative support to the nursing department and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure smooth running of the office. Administrative duties include collation and submission of data to relevant stakeholders, scheduling of meetings and booking of rooms, maintaining databases or records, minutes recording, application of relevant equipment or access for nurses. You will also be involved in the major events and projects as well as provide other administrative support for the department.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma in Business or its equivalent with at least 2 years’ of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the finance & Admin department in daily accounting work
• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform accounting duties & administrative support - filing, data entry, invoicing etc
• Handle account payable & accounts receivable
• All other adhoc admin / accounting duties assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Proficiency in MsExcel & Words

• Clear understanding of Singapore GST guidelines

Job Description:-

• Perform full set accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients.
• Maintain accounting files and records for the group
• Preparation of all disbursements of cheques, and transfers
• Work closely with the management, purchase and HR departments
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Experience in full spetrum of Accounts Duties preferably in construction sector
• Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
• A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of Autocount software is an added advantage
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
• Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)

• General administrative duties including to provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Director/Manager
• Receptionist duties (Handle incoming calls, fax & email enquiries)
• Data entry of information into the system
• Filing of documents and maintenance of records for easy retrieval and accurate documentation to facilitate information flow
• Processing of petty cash claims, issuance of purchase orders and work orders
• Keeping track of all office equipment and liaise with external suppliers or subcontractors for information and quotation
• Liaise and coordinate orders with customers
• Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders
• Setup the training/ meeting room for training/meeting/presentation sessions
• Assist in organizing company functions and meetings
