You will provide administrative support to HR Recruiters in resourcing to ensure departments' manpower needs are met. You will provide timely and quality support in the recruitment of new hires and accurate update of contract renewals and other changes in staff' employment terms in HRIS. You will also prepare timely recruitment reports and involve in any resourcing related projects as assigned.

Job Description:

• Responsible for accounts receivable/payable
• Perform monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation
• Perform quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
• Monitor AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable
• Handle inter-company billing and settlements
• Handle company full-set of accounts
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditor
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience
• SAP B1 knowledge preferred
