Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounting functions
• Process and ensure all invoices are accurately record in the accounting System
• Prepare and review intercompany transactions and balances
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparation and submission of GST returns
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and other professionals for audit, compliance and taxation
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, assist with filing, data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Diplomain Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years in local construction firm with audit experience
• Meticulous with strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude and cope with tight deadlines
• Experience with accounting software MYOB is a plus

The Client Executive (CE) serves as the voice of the client to Altera and the voice of Altera to the client. As a CE, you will not only be the main point of contact for our clients but also a strategic ally who ensures their success and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client advocate, building strong C-suite relationships and aligning Altera solutions with strategic priorities.
• Identify and drive value-added solutions, leveraging deep client knowledge and Altera expertise.
• Foster client satisfaction through exceptional service, proactive communication, and strategic problem-solving.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and successful project execution.
• You will represent Altera leadership in multiple client touchpoints, tradeshows and conferences.
• Manage the sales opportunities by collaborating with the inside sales team to enhance the sales process and improve efficiency.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in client account management and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention.
• The ideal person will be an excellent communicator, with a skill in problem solving.
• An understanding or experience within a similar healthcare setting would be advantageous.

Working Arrangements

• Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
• Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely.
• May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
• On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Accounts Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows:

· Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes :-

• Raise invoices
• Raise journals
• Input of invoices and payment of invoices
• Preparation of suppliers’ payment
• Cash book maintenance
• Cash flow projection
• Monthly Management Reports
• GST preparation and submission
• Tax preparation and submission
• Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers

· Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing.

· Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end closing

· Preparation of Audit Schedules

· XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements

· Assist in internal and external audit

· Assist in tax and GST queries

· Ensure compliances of Accounting standards and regulations

· Other duties as assigned by Departmental Manager.
