Job Summary:

The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet quality standards and specifications. This role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality control systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• years of experience in quality control or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Manage high standards of service and clinical quality in health screening projects including:

● Setting up and tearing down, and logistics for the projects.

● Registration of clients and collection of payments with accuracy and precision, and arrangement of post-screening reviews.

● Facilitating of patient flow and checking that staffs have in-depth understanding of every station within the operational flow.

● Performance of duties such as taking blood pressure, height, and weight, arranging urine tests, filling up forms etc.

● Promotion of packages and add-ons to health screening participants.

● Generating and sending of medical reports to clients.

● Keeping the station areas clean and organized.

● Ensure optimal manpower utilization and coverage based on client load.

● Oversee all facilities and enhance the operating efficiency of the projects.

● Assist in the preparation and generation of corporate statistics and lifestyle surveys.

● Maintain client relationships and liaise with them for the renewal of health screening projects each year.

● Handle procurement of products/services, lab codes etc with effective cost savings management.

● Adequately stock supplies for the office, projects and activities.

● Preparation of Service Agreements, Introducer Agreements for Sales teams.

Support the Sales and Operations Director and assist in duties as may be assigned.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

1. Perform processing of record creation and system updating in Bank’s operating systems relating to Secured Loans
2. Process disbursement & fee payments relating to Secured Loans
3. Prepare payment instructions/advice & notification letters to customers
4. Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
5. Filing of source reports & media and arrange archival
6. Handle customer / lawyer’s enquiries
7. Assist in audit preparation, UAT, system enhancement etc
8. Manage adhoc project assigned by Team Manager / Supervisor
9. Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
10. To highlight any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager/ Supervisor.
11. To ensure high quality level in services delivery
12. Support the Team Manager/Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the team /department
13. Assist Team Manager / Supervisor by providing ideas/initiatives in improving the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk

We are looking for a clinic executive who is responsible, driven, willing to learn and a team-player.

What the successful applicant will be working on (training will be provided):

The clinic executive will be responsible for daily operations such as patient registration, dispensing of medications and payment. Other clinical administrative duties such as insurance claims and inventory management will also be within the scope of work. Ad-hoc duties will be assigned when required.

The clinic executive is expected to possess

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discussions to understand business processes and user requirements.
• Provide consultative advice and support on SAP-related functions and activities.
• Collaborate with vendors for SAP Application Management Services.
• Evaluate and implement third-party add-ons to enhance SAP capabilities.
• Conduct feasibility studies for SAP modules based on business needs.
