Summary
Supports the Sales team in the coordination and back-end administration of sales activities.
Job Responsibilities · Assist the sales team in secretarial and administrative support.
Act as a contact person between the client and the hotel in the absence of Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, Asst Director of Sales, Sales Team.
Ensure all correspondences are effectively copied to all relevant departments and regional offices and traces dates effectively followed up.
Handle telephone calls to take messages, new enquiries, check room availability.
Ensure all leads are answered to and proposals are followed up with 8 hours.
Be accountable for all targets and goals set for area of responsibility.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.
