Requirements

• Possess at least ‘O’ Level or Diploma
• 3 years sound working experience in Administration or Customer Service
• Engineering Environment will be added advantage

• For foreigners, must possess 2 years working experience in Singapore

• Delivery of goods to our customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of chilled goods' loading and unloading process.
• Check orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct.
• Receive payments for delivered items and timely hand over the payments to Finance department.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicles.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Tuesday to Friday (2pm to 5.00pm)

1. Responsible in achieving results of sales target.
2. Responsible and involves in preparation of quotations & order processing.
3. Assist the Sales Director in any sales and customer related issues during the absence of Sales Director.
4. Assist marketing actions plans such as control and distribution of catalogues, updating of customers’ profiles, informing customers of new products, etc.
5. Assist customer in sourcing of other products not listed in catalogues.
6. Authorize to approve Sales Order S$2000 & below. If the Sales Order value exceed more than S$2000 is to seek approval of Sales Director.
7. Authorized to monitor, approve and undersign all quotation that has a value amount of not more than S$ 20,000/-. If the quotation value exceeds more than S$ 20,000/- approval is required by Sales Director/Operations Director (OD)/Managing Director (MD).
8. Responsible for data compilation of any report pertaining to Sales Department in meeting the Sales Objectives set by management.
9. Involved in the company’s exhibition as an exhibitor.
10. Perform work related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time

• Perform general warehouse duties.
• Receiving, put-away, issuance of stock.
• Assist in pick & pack when necessary.
• Unload, stack, move, and place products in designated areas and in proper manner.
• Perform detailed stock counts.
• Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval
• Follow all warehouse and safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

-Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve company targets and expand market share within PET market.

-Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms and close profitable deals.

-Collaboration: Work closely within the team , to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

-Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or international trade, preferably in the PET resin or related industry.
