Role Title: Marketing Operations and Analytics Specialist
Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
Duration: 12 months contract
Hybrid Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Salary Range: S$4,500 to S$7,300 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Deliver full pieces of an analysis that is integrated into an overarching analytical outcome (e.g., research, experimental design using analytical tools to test hypotheses and draw conclusions, storytelling and consulting to business leaders to drive action, and designing data strategies for reporting and dashboards).
- Translate and refine business questions into tractable analysis and evaluation metrics.
- Plan and execute prioritized work including selecting appropriate methods to most effectively achieve analysis objectives.
- Develop roadmap, and track action plans and risk and issue logs to keep the analysis on track.
- Solve dataÂrelated questions based on information gathered on the business domain for effective decisionÂmaking.
- Identify and recommend creative ways to improve solutions to defined problems via selection of better analytical methods and tools.
- Apply proficient analytical, problemÂsolving, and research skills to provide market driven insights that have a moderate impact on business performance.
- Address commonly escalated issues and triage when required.
- Demonstrate strong research skills and awareness of stateÂofÂtheÂart research methods.
Skills
· Knowledge of the management process of business operations for a given product, service, or domain.
· Ability to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
· Ability to create dashboards to link, report, and analyze metrics based on available data. This includes the ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience.
· Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes. This includes the ability to use data to add value to business planning and strategies.
· Ability to convert and/or uncover open-ended real world problems within the business context into trackable metrics or a structured analytical/statistical framework, as well as the ability to generate business-related insights from data analysis in a way that is meaningful to the stakeholders.
· Ability to develop, understand, and apply domain specific technical knowledge to complete assigned work, tasks, and support others in the organization.
· Knowledge of the principles and best practices of designing experiments to address issues or evaluate impact. This includes knowledge of design parameters, sampling strategies, data collection, and analytical techniques.
· Knowledge of advanced statistical methods used to analyze data. This includes the ability to identify and conduct appropriate advanced statistical analysis to evaluate sample adequacy, draw inferences, and solve a variety of dataÂrelated problems.
· Ability to influence and inspire an audience by crafting stories using data that elicit empathy or create buy in.
· Ability to quickly learn the general concepts and principles in a statistical and mathematical domain, solve or analyze issues or provide useful insights, and demonstrate interest and curiosity in acquiring knowledge across similar domains.
