O&S Core Activities

• To ensure smooth operation of existing systems under the OASIS project and successful implementation of any upgraded software and hardware components.

Change Request Management

• To conduct requirement gathering with the end users; oversees and manage the implementation of the changes required; and ensuring satisfactory and timely delivery to the users.
• To plan and manage implementation such as Change Request to enable the smooth deployment of the solution. Contract Management

• To manage contract milestones (within the contract scope) while DSTA manage the contract and overall budget approved from the AOR.
